By accessing or using TaiyarHo.in (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Site. These terms apply to every visitor — no registration or login is required to browse TaiyarHo.in.

2. What TaiyarHo.in Is (and Is Not)

TaiyarHo.in is an independent educational website that compiles publicly available information about Indian government recruitment examinations — syllabus, eligibility, exam pattern, salary structure, study plans, and free preparation resources.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of UPSC, SSC, IBPS, SBI, RRB, any State Public Service Commission, or any other government body or recruiting organisation. We do not conduct examinations, issue notifications, accept applications, sell courses, or guarantee selection in any exam. Please also read our Disclaimer.

3. The Service Is Free

All content on TaiyarHo.in is provided free of charge. We never ask for payment, exam fees, or bank details. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent TaiyarHo.in and asks for money, exam “guarantees”, or personal financial information, it is a fraud — please report it to us.

4. Accuracy of Information & Your Responsibility

We take accuracy seriously and cross-check exam information against official sources. However, recruitment rules, dates, vacancy counts, and eligibility criteria change frequently and sometimes at short notice. Content on this Site may become outdated between updates.

You are responsible for verifying every detail — especially eligibility, age limits, qualifications, fees, and deadlines — against the official notification and the conducting body’s own website before applying for any examination or making any decision based on our content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable Indian law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the normal operation or security of the Site
• Use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Scrape and republish our content wholesale as your own (see Section 6)
• Misrepresent yourself as being affiliated with or endorsed by TaiyarHo.in

6. Intellectual Property

The original text, page layouts, study plans, design, and the TaiyarHo name and logo are the property of TaiyarHo.in. You are welcome to read, print, and share our pages for your own study or with fellow aspirants, and to quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.

Republishing substantial portions of our content, or reproducing it commercially, without written permission is not permitted. Exam names, official notifications, government logos, and syllabus documents remain the property of their respective authorities and are referenced here for educational purposes only.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site links to external websites — official commission portals, free study resources, YouTube channels, book listings, and similar. These are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.

TaiyarHo.in is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaiyarHo.in and its operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including missed deadlines, rejected applications, or examination outcomes — arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this Site.
